Make your day sweeter with the original, unique sweet specialty of our restaurant Pašike – Blitvarica or mangold cake prepared by our chef nonna Franka, according to a secret recipe. Nonna Franka drew her inspiration from Trogir’s history, because the formerly poor residents of Trogir used to be called “Blitvari”, therefore this cake has a special place on our menu. Additionally, you can treat your taste buds to other traditional Dalmatian desserts such as autochthonous Trogir rafioli.

Our wine list was created by top sommeliers, and it exclusively offers wines produced by Dalmatian small boutique wine growers, who have incorporated all their knowledge, tradition and love into their wines. These wines tell the historical tail of grapes harvested from the dry, rocky and karst land, its production process in the dark taverns and the first drops of top-quality wine captured in crystal glasses, and served cooled on your table.
